PRODUCTION TIME + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME
Your piece of jewelry will be shipped within 3-5 working days after your payment. After your jewelry is made, we'll send you a tracking number and you can easily track your package. Your jewelry will come in a gift box and additional external protective packaging.
Standard shipping usually takes about 2-5 business days to the USA and 12-15 business days to most of Europe.
We make your jewelry in our studio when you place your order, so we do not accept cancellations for orders after 12 hours. We offer free ring resizing, returns and exchanges within 30 days of the day your order is delivered. Shipping and import fees are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to work with you on original custom designs in Platinum, Palladium, Gold, Sterling and Copper.
We are also happy to offer jewelry customization of the designs you see in our store. We can change sizes, gemstones, and finishes for most of our jewelry; please contact us before purchase with questions about customizations!
We offer personalization for many of our items. We can engrave inside rings and bands. We can also do flat engraving and stamping, as well as hand engraving. Please see our customer help section for listings that explain these options, or just send us a message!
Please note that customized or personalized jewelry orders cannot be returned for refund, although we are happy to help with resizing and repairs!
Sizing details
We have found that the best way to get an accurate size for your finger is to have your finger measured with a metal wide band (wedding band) ring sizer at a jewelry store.
We also offer a reusable plastic ring sizer, with full and half ring sizes. It comes with free Domestic US shipping and a free resizing for any of our rings, good for any time. Find our reusable plastic sizer here:

We understand the challenge of buying jewelry without trying it on. We are happy to offer one free silver resizing within 30 days of delivery of your jewelry purchase. Please contact us for details on sending us your resize. After 30 days, our sterling silver resizes are $30.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each of our items comes packaged in a small gift box, ready to present. We are happy to include a note if you like - just leave the text of your note in the "Gift Message" or "Notes to Shop" box during checkout!
If you prefer a more romantic box, we do offer other gift wrap options during checkout.
Shipping Insurance
We insure all of the jewelry we ship, both Domestically and Internationally, and send it to our customers with a tracking code. These services are reflected in the cost of the shipping you pay.
Items that cost over $200 are sent signature required. Please give us the most convenient address.
We offer delivery services with both USPS and FedEx Worldwide. Please contact us should you have any questions!
Care instructions
In order for your jewelry to provide years of happiness, it has to be treated with kindness. To help you with this, we provide a polishing cloth and care instructions with each of our jewelry pieces.
Sterling silver is a mixture of metals that can react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish. High moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water or cosmetics will cause discoloration.
All dark finishes will wear with time. They can be maintained at home using liver of sulfur gel or by using hard boiled eggs (please see tutorials online).
However, we understand that problems occur and accidents happen, and we are happy to help. If you find yourself needing help or a repair on your jewelry, just contact us!
Finishes
We offer a few finish options for our jewelry; Antiqued Dark, Brightly Polished, and Satin Matte.
The Antiqued Dark finish we use is a surface treatment that will wear off over time. This finish can be maintained at home with liver of sulfur gel, but we are also happy to re-antique your piece if needed!
The Brightly Polished finish on our pieces is the result of a specialized polishing process and not rhodium plating. While sterling silver will tarnish over time, this finish is easily maintained with the polishing cloth that we include with every order.
All copper pieces are treated with a jeweler's lacquer or museum-grade micro wax to preserve the finish! If you prefer to have your copper age naturally, please leave a note at checkout.
Warranty
Moonkist Designs fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.
Warranty Terms
1. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to our studio.
2. Please pack items in a jewelry box and bubble wrapped envelope. Jewelry sent without adequate packing can be damaged or not arrive.
3. When sending back the items, please use a shipping method that has tracking.
4. Moonkist Designs reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear," as determined by our jewelers.
Wholesale availability
We are happy to offer wholesale pricing on orders of 20 or more of the same item. Our wholesale orders take 3 - 4 weeks for production and will be processed through our website at www.moonkistdesigns.com

Last Chance, Clearance, and OOAK Pieces
All sales are final for items listed as Last Chance, Clearance, or One of a Kind (OOAK) pieces. These items cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged. We are happy to help with sizing and repairs for these items. If you have any questions about our Last Chance, Clearance, or OOAK sections and pieces, please contact us before purchase!
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, with the exception of custom orders. After the 24 hour period there will be a 20% restocking fee applied, as we will have begun making your piece!
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of custom orders, Last Chance, OOAK, & personalized/engraved pieces. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the returns process. Returns/exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the studio and return shipping is non-refundable. Exchanges are final. If you return 3+ orders within a 6-month period, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.
